WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Accepted payment methods online are Credit and Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/JCB) and PayPal. 

 

Please note that at the moment for the Season Pass, we are only able to offer Credit / Debit (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) card payments. Event Passes allows both Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments

 

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

The payment process is included in the subscription process. You will need your credit/debit card or PayPal information ready.

 

WHY DOES MY PAYMENT PROCESS NOT WORK?

If your payment process was not successful, please check that your card information is correct and the validation of your card. If it is still not working, please contact our support and/or your credit card supplier.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?

To use your Promotion Code, you must enter and apply the Promotion Code during the payment step at the registration process. After clicking “APPLY” you will see the discount directly added to the price of the product, then click “START PAID MEMBERSHIP”.

If the promotion code is wrong or not valid anymore you will get a note: “Voucher not found”. Promotion Codes are case sensitive. Be sure you enter the code exactly as it appears.

Please note that Promotion Codes are usually valid for a certain time period and certain important restrictions may apply:

 

Promotion Codes are not transferable.

Promotion Codes may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders.

No cash or credit back.

Promotion Code must be submitted at time of order.

Expired codes are not valid.

Promotion Codes are not valid on previous purchases.
