He finished runner-up in Class 4 of the Polish Rallycross Championship with a Toyota Celica GT4 in 2006. In 2011 and 2013, the Pole won the domestic rally championship in the N3 and Group N categories respectively, before returning his attentions to rallycross.
In 2016, Gagacki pipped Oponeo Motorsport team-mate Dariusz Topolewski to the Polish Rallycross Cup spoils, going on to finish as runner-up in both 2017 and 2018, always behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi Lancer RX Supercar. After switching to a Volkswagen Polo GTi for 2019, he secured third in the standings and debuted in Euro RX1 in 2021 with an ex-Olsbergs MSE Ford Fiesta, reaching the semi-final stage twice from four starts.
