CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment

CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment is operated by PWR RX – part of the PWR Group.

The rallycross programme is run with support from independent dealers of Volvo Construction Equipment, along with several prominent industrial partners, who together share a commitment to leading a sustainable and gender-equal future, both on and off-track.

PWR RX is a sister company to PWR Racing, which was established in 2012 by racing driver Daniel Haglöf and businessman Peter Wallenberg, going on to win its first Scandinavian Touring Car Championship (STCC) race with Haglöf the following season and bolstering that success with title triumphs in Formula Renault 1.6 Nordic and the Swedish GT Championship.

A contract was subsequently signed with the Volkswagen Group to represent CUPRA in the STCC, seeing Robert Dahlgren clinch the coveted Drivers’ crown in 2017 – the same year that the team began developing its PWR001 electric race car project.

In 2018, Dahlgren and Haglöf combined to scoop PWR’s maiden STCC Teams’ championship, as Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky made history in becoming the first female driver to win a race in the series.

Dahlgren lifted the Drivers’ laurels again the following campaign, when the Swedish outfit simultaneously debuted in the FIA World Touring Car Cup – while the introduction of the new CUPRA León Competición in 2020 propelled Dahlgren to the runner-up spoils in the STCC standings.

In 2021, Dahlgren and Åhlin-Kottulinsky locked out the top two spots in the STCC Drivers’ table with 13 victories and 26 podium finishes between them – securing PWR a second Teams’ trophy at the end of a record-breaking campaign.

CE Dealer Team made its FIA World Rallycross debut in 2022, helmed by vastly experienced former competitors Emil Axelsson and Jussi Pinomäki.
