The PGRX driver - making his first appearance in international rallycross’ top-flight in almost three years this weekend - fended off an early challenge from his KMS - HORSE Powertrain rival before pulling away to claim a superb maiden victory in only his eighth World RX start.
After clinching his seventh career crown on Saturday, Kristoffersson this time was obliged to settle for the runner-up spoils, with 2019 champion Timmy Hansen rounding out the rostrum in third.
