The FIA RX2e Championship will run three further pre-season test days for confirmed and prospective entrants, offering competitors a unique opportunity to get to grips with the all-electric ZEROID X1 at some of the circuits the series will visit over the upcoming campaign.

Building upon the success of last month’s test day at Spain’s Calafat Circuit, where six promising drivers took to the track behind the wheel of the potent 270kW (362bhp) race car, there will now be further sessions at Essay in France on 17 April, Montalegre in Portugal on 7 May and Nyirád in Hungary on 30 May.

With the circuits making up three of the five rounds on the 2024 RX2e calendar, the tests – each comprising up to eight five-lap runs – present a chance for track familiarisation while gaining invaluable insights and experience as well as a competitive edge before the serious business gets underway.

Registrations can be made here, with further information available by emailing management@fia-rx2e.com. Special rates are available for those enrolling for more than one test.

The 2024 RX2e season will get underway at Essay on 8-9 June, followed by World Championship-supporting events at Höljes in Sweden (6-7 July), Nyirád (27-28 July), Mettet in Belgium (17-18 August) and Montalegre (7-8 September).
