New Marketing and Sales Director joins Rallycross Promoter team

Rallycross Promoter has bolstered its team with the appointment of Christian Terörde as Senior Director Marketing and Sales with immediate effect.

With a background in top-level international sport, the 43-year-old German joins the Promoter from consulting agency Sponsorplan, having previously worked for Sportfive, Octagon and ProSiebenSat.1 Media. Two of the major aspects in his new FIA World Rallycross Championship position will be sponsorship acquisition and enhancing entertainment.

“We are delighted to welcome Christian to the Rallycross Promoter team,” said RXP Executive Director, Arne Dirks. “He has accrued a wealth of relevant experience over the past two decades, and is looking forward to playing an active role in really driving this sport forward from both an entertainment and sponsorship perspective.”

Alongside his commitments in World RX, Terörde will similarly oversee marketing and sales for both the FIA World Rally Championship and FIA European Rally Championship.
