Liam Doran progressed through the ranks of British rallycross before making his first International starts in 20-09. Moving from his family team to race with Hansen Motorsport in the European Championship in 2010, Doran made took his first win in Finland of the same year and added a second victory in Poland.

A fixture of the European Championship and World Championship until mid-2016, Doran has acquired a reputation as one of the fastest and most flamboyant drivers in the sport. Doran also won the X-games Gold medal in 2010.

2018 saw Liam Doran make a return to the FIA World Rallycross Championship after two and a half years out of the sport. Known for his exciting driving style, he made a big impression with drives in France, Latvia, USA and Germany.

2019 saw Liam Doran partner with Bakkerud to for the Monster Energy RX Cartel. In 2020 the RX Cartel returns with the same drivers ready to shake things up in the championship.
