Euro RX of Hungary

One of the longest and most traditional rallycross tracks in Europe, ‘old-school’ Nyirád Racing Center is located in Transdanubia, just 25 kilometres from Hungary’s famous Lake Balaton. In addition to staging national-level events, Nyirád played host to the FIA European Rallycross Championship on seven occasions between 2006 and 2013, yielding victories for drivers of the calibre of Kenneth Hansen, Sverre Isachsen, Timmy Hansen, Andreas Bakkerud, Timur Timerzyanov and Reinis Nitišs – many of them going on to win the title after winning in Hungary. | FIA World Rallycross Championship (World RX) official website.
