Tickets for CatalunyaRX now on sale

Thursday 10th of June 2021

For the first time in more than a year-and-a-half, fans will be able to enjoy live rallycross action next month, with tickets now on sale for the forthcoming FIA World Rallycross Championship curtain-raiser in Barcelona on 23/24 July.

After the 2020 season was conducted entirely behind closed doors due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the gradual easing of restrictions across Europe means the organisers of World RX of Catalunya are able to welcome a limited number of spectators to the 2021 edition of the event at the famous Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

In a new twist, the weekend will adopt a Friday/Saturday evening format, with gates opening at approximately 15h00 local time and closing at approximately 20h00 on each day. Single-day tickets and two-day passes are currently available to purchase here, with VIP tickets to be released soon.

The number of tickets available will ultimately be determined by the prevailing Covid protocols at the time of the event. Each ticket will be assigned to a specific grandstand seat, and all spectators must comply strictly with the restrictions in force. There will be no access to the paddock, which will be reserved for team members, drivers and organisational personnel.

Any fans that purchased tickets for the 2020 edition of World RX of Catalunya will be contacted shortly regarding updating their tickets to ensure they remain valid for the 2021 event.

The situation regarding fan attendance at subsequent World RX rounds will be announced in due course.
