The random Q1 draw for round five of the FIA World Rallycross Championship at Hell in Norway has been revealed.

ALL-INKL.COM Muennich Motorsport’s Timo Scheider will start on pole position in Q1 Race 1 with the team’s Seat Ibiza, and will be joined by GC Kompetition’s Anton Marklund in the middle and Team Hansen MJP’s Kevin Hansen on the outside of the three car race.

In race two, home hero Andreas Bakkerud will take pole with the Monster Energy RX Cartel Audi S1, with GCK Academy’s Rokas Baciuska starting second on his debut in the Renault Megane RS RX, GRX Taneco’s Timur Timerzyanov third and Bakkerud’s RX Cartel team mate Liam Doran on the outside. ESmotorsports Labas-GAS debutant Kevin Abbring will also start on the outside of the grid in Q1 Race 3, with the returning Niclas Gronholm, Team STARD’s Jani Paasonen and EKS Sport’s Krisztian Szabo inside him, and GCK’s Guerlain Chicherit on pole.

World RX Drivers’ Championship leader Timmy Hansen will start on pole position in Q1 Race 4, joined by both GCK Academy Renault Clio drivers Cyril Raymond and Guillaume De Ridder. Sandwiched between the pair will be Latvia’s Janis Baumanis, with Xite Racing’s Oliver Bennett starting from the outside of the grid.
